Author Louise Phillips launches her debut, 'Red Ribbons', in Stephen's Green

Author Louise Phillips, Hachette Ireland and the team in the Green will launch 'Red Ribbons', a searing suspense novel from an exciting new voice in Irish crime fiction, on September 5th.
